Returns: I can accept ONLY when the item arrives not as described in the listing. I must be notified within 7 days of delivery. I will e-mail a UPS return shipping tag for the return of the item to an e-mail address provided. Upon receipt of ALL original items and packaging back to me the buyer is entitled to refund or replacement. If returned item is found to be in proper working order as listed, return freight and re-stocking fees will be charged to the buyer.

Damaged Goods: I must be notified of damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Provide description and or photos of all damaged goods along with your phone number. I will then file a UPS damage claim. Upon receipt of the item back to me the buyer is entitled to refund or replacement.
