| This is a museum worthy silver Teapot or Coffee Pot
Very rare! From the Japanese Meiji Period , 1868 -1912, the finest silver ever. Made in Japan around 1890. Clear "jungin" hallmarks under bottom, the Japanese hallmark for "pure silver". Finest work on iris decoration, let the images tell. The teapot is ca. 25 cm high and ca. 22 cm long. Fantastic weight of ca. 869 grams. What you see on the pictures is what you get! Excellent condition! No damage or repair at all.
