Colors: White, Black, Red

Petticoats with double layer of crinoline, edged with fancy teardrop lace. Red color is more true red than shows in photo. Each petticoat has satin top with elastic waist, and comes in one size. The max comfortable stretch is 42", but the red runs a little small, with a max stretch of 38".
Measurement from top of waistband to bottom of trim is 13"
