Magazine was made by Capitol Records and the editor & publisher was Capitol Records Brown Meggs. The magazine started as a teen magazine eventually turning into more of a "HIP" publication focusing on the more "HIP" bands instead of the teen only bands, with exclusive photos and interviews. The photos were always a treat too!
