Terms and Conditions – all must be agreed with as a condition of bidding:

1.      California residents must add 7.25% sales tax. I don't charge sales tax – but I am required to collect it for California.

2.      Payment must be in US funds. Checks MUST be drawn on a US financial institution.

3.      Buyer to pay shipping/handling (and insurance if desired).

4.      I prefer Paypal, which allows for quicker shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for personal checks to clear, money order payments will be shipped upon receipt.

5.    Single cover lots are $1.50 shipping and handling in the US, $2.00 to Canada and all other countries - $2.50.  Multiple cover lots are an additional 50c per cover to all areas. Registration is $10.15, which is highly suggested for larger value lots to overseas countries.  Insurance is available as follows:

Any lost, uninsured lots are the responsibility of the buyer.

6.      All customs or clearance on foreign shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

7.      Large lots (ten stamps or more) are not returnable, as some faults are to be expected in lots of this type. I try very hard to describe my lots accurately, please email before you bid if you have any questions.

8.      Requests for extension of time on certificates must be approved prior to bidding. If the stamp is found to be bad I will refund the cost of the stamp (not the certificate). I accept Foundation and PSE Certificates. No graded certificates accepted and encased stamps may not be returned under any circumstances.
