 NOTE: THIS ITEM IS "USED",  "AS-IS" ITEM meaning there is some buyer risk associated with purchasing it.  It may be found under further testing as being defective, not working, partially or totally dead, untested or otherwise did not pass our tests to qualify for a "NOS" New Old Stock item.  Buyer should not assume it is good for any specific desired use or assume it is fixable, or that any or all specific parts inside are good, fixable,  or reuseable. 

Do not bid if you are not familiar or comfortable with this.  Do not bid if you have never purchased "as is" items on ebay.  We do not allow returns, please shop elswhere if you expect return privileges or plan to just analyze the item.  All sales are final with no refunds or partial refunds.  By placing a bid, buyer agrees to waive the right of return and waive the right to submit ebay or paypal claims of dead, not working, not as described, etc.  Buyers submitting these type of claims after purchase will be reported as fraud.

1.       Auction Buyers MUST pay in full within 48 HOURS.  After 48 hours items are relisted and unpaid item strike is made.

2.       We will refund to your payment if the item is unexpectedly out of stock ONLY.  We buy and sell equipment every day.  Therefore, all items are subject to prior sale.  We do our very best to immediately end the listing for any item that has been sold.

3.       The Seller will NOT accept returns for this item.

4.       Seller is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items by Shipper or lost in Customs.  See Insurance for details.

5.       Seller reserves the right to restrict the eligible bidder list for any or all auctions or sales.  Bidders with feedback score less than 5 may be blocked from certain auctions OR Buy it Now.

6.       No warranty, expressed or implied, is made by Seller as to function, merchantability, title, or fitness of any item for any particular purpose:

1.       The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the item(s) is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.  "Used" or "Not bench tested" items may have scratches or dents not shown or may not completely meet manufacturer's specifications.  Items marked as "PARTS ONLY" were known to be NON OPERATIONAL at time of listing.  

 

2.       All Items marked as "USED" that are pictured and described in detail are as best we know about this type of item.  If you do not read it (i.e. cables, test leads, headphone for headset adapters, power cords, 3 prong to 2 prong AC cord adapters, power supply, manuals, your assumed items, accessories etc.), it is not included.  Many of the items we auction off typically have some issue from mildly cosmetic to sometimes non-functional in some aspects.  Please email with any questions before bidding that can't be answered by reading the description or viewing the pictures.

 

3.       Since we are selling at significantly discounted prices all items are sold As Is and are FINAL SALE.  No returns or refunds, no partial refunds will be given or implied.  Buyer assumes proper knowledge/use of the item purchased.

Shipping Info:

1.        Shipping & Handling is offered for combined shipments ONLY at our discression.  No need to ask, if applies, you will get the discount. 

2.        Shipments are normally packaged for UPS GROUND shipping (unless otherwise stated in auction, large items ship via freight, smaller items USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation).

3.        Items are scheduled for pickup to ship within 3 business days after payment is received to provide time for custom boxing and packaging.

4.        All UPS packages are photographed prior to shipment and emailed to you.  You MAY NOT refuse a damaged shipment, and if so, will incur a 100% restocking fee, and shipping both directions.  Simply just make a note on the delivery manifest to expedite your insurance claim.

5.        Oversize or Overweight items may ship with a private freight carrier.  This is due to size and or weight limitations with UPS, and that your item travels safer.

6.        All shipments are special orders, and cannot be cancelled.

Pick Up Info:

1.        Pick Ups are available on all items and are located in the Northern California Bay Area - Gilroy, CA.

2.        A Pick Up appointment must be made for all items being picked up.  Pick Ups must be paid for in full by first using PayPal.  You will however, have to come at our convenience and an appointment request MUST be confirmed via email.
