Terms of Auction:

Payment arrangements are to be made within 3 days of close of auction. You will receive an email from eBay with payment instructions and a place to tell us how you would like to complete your purchase.
A courtesy Payment Reminder will be sent on the 5th day of non payment. Item will be placed back up for auction if payment is not received within 10 days of the closing of the auction with the Buyer receiving an Unpaid Item strike for non payment.
Only items pictured below are included in the listing. There are no manuals or power cords included unless otherwise noted in the picture or description.
All items are sold AS-IS, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Items listed with No DOA (Dead On Arrival) guarantee are ONLY guaranteed to power up; item has not been tested.

Shipping Methods:

We do everything in our power to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

We ship all of our packages in boxes, regardless of size, with the shipping cost based on the weight of the package and not the size of the box. We do not mail any of our items in envelopes or pouches, because of the possibility of damage occurring to the items within. All shipping quotes are noted above using the automatic eBay shipping calculator. If you feel that the amount quoted is incorrect, please contact us prior to bidding.

We ship all items domestically via UPS Ground, within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
We do allow local pick up at no cost unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for hours of operation.
We ship Internationally once a week via USPS Priority Mail only, within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
International and Canadian orders have to pass through Customs and may incur additional fees that are out of our control. We cannot declare a lower value on Customs paperwork. It is illegal to do this, so please do not ask us to.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages shipped via USPS however, we will gladly work with the buyer to file any necessary claims in the event of loss or delay.

Other freight services can be requested, with the buyer paying all shipping and handling fees.

Please note: We combine shipping on items closing within five days of one another, charging Buyer according to actual weight and size of combined weight in package. The eBay shipping calculator above doubles the weight and rounds up the cost, so please wait for us to invoice you before you pay for items that are combined. Some items may exceed maximum weight restrictions, and are therefore unable to be combined.
