Tektronix 315D Oscilloscope

Serial number 462

Teh 315D was the first 3 inch oscilloscope made by Tektronix.. And it is a very portable package. Dimensions 12 3/8" x 8 5/8" x 18 1/4". Weight 36 pounds.

This unit has been fully restored. It is painted that lovely pearl grey which actually was close to the original color. It is fully functional and calibrated.

Horizontal sweep .1 usec to 5 sec per division

X5 magnifier

Full amplitude calibrator 10 mv to 50 V, 1kHz

A manual is included with this oscilloscope.
