GENERAL POLICIES

GENERAL
-We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.  Our ordering system is fully automated and powered by eBay and PayPal Secure Servers.  If you purchase an item through our official store http://stores.ebay.com/TharItiS your form of payment is due no later than three (5) business days from date of purchase.  If you choose the PayPal option your credit card or PayPal account will be charged immediately.  Item(s) are also available for sale through other channels other than eBay and from time to time, may be sold before the eBay auction ends, in which case, we reserve the right to end the auction early.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR THIS PURCHASE:

USA Bidders- PayPal, Money Order, Company Check, Personal Check or Bank Check. All funds must be in US Dollars- no exceptions. Unsecured funds must clear prior to shipment (typically 7-10 days after I receive the funds).

International Bidders: Wire transfer of funds (US dollars only- a $25 wire transfer fee will apply) and PayPal where available. NO CREDIT CARD PURCHASES ARE ACCEPTED!!! PLEASE DO NOT ASK!!!

 ORDER PROCESSING
-Orders or purchases through our eBay store are processed 24 hours a day and seven days a week.  The fulfillment of these orders are based on prompt payment and the shipping of these orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from secured payment. Although we do make every attempt to ship sooner than that. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
-All shipments within the USA are done through UPS or FedEx Ground (up to 5 Business days for processing). If you have an account with a shipping service or your own method of shipping and would like to utilize that source please allow 5-7 business days for shipment to occur.  Shipments are delivered to all US addresses, including military addresses. Saturday and Residential delivery are available at an additional third party charge depending on the shipping method you choose.

PLEASE NOTE: In many cases your phone number is required by the shipping companies. Please be sure to include your phone number with your payment/address information.

All international bidders: You must use your own freight account number (UPS or FEDEX only, no exceptions). UPS is preferred. Or we can ship to a U.S. based Freight Forwarder. International bidders please don't email me asking what the freight charges are to your country. You should contact your local FedEx /UPS or Freight Forwarder. They will know the cost; I do not know what it costs to ship and import items to your country. We will not prepay and add any international shipment- No Exceptions (sorry)!

Please note: in all cases items shipped internationally are subject to the laws and regulations of the US Department of Commerce. Some items may be prohibited from shipping outside of the USA to certain locations internationally (with or without a license). In all sales, where an item is prohibited to ship internationally to a successful buyer, that buyer will be notified of non-shipment and a full refund will be made. We reserve the right not to ship any item internationally that is controlled by the US Department of Commerce’s laws and regulations and deemed non-shippable to that region of the world or to listed individuals (you know who you are).

SALES TAX
-We charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses.

 RETURN POLICY

We are happy to process a refund or store credit for all items that are DOA (dead on arrival). Returns are accepted if the item is in the original condition with all items included with purchase. You must notify us within three days of your receipt of the item(s). The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date.  Shipping fees will not be credited for returns and ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER.

All orders must be returned with all original packaging.  We will not accept any items with obvious signs of additional wear and tear or internal component alterations. All items will ship with “Warranty Void” tamper resistant stickers. If any stickers have been removed/tampered with, your refund will be canceled. Please include your order number and a brief description or note as to the reason for returning the item(s).

Buyer MUST pay for all shipping charges on their own account /accord for all returns.  This is non-negotiable and the only way returned TharItiS items will be processed.

We strongly recommend that you properly pack and insure the package against loss or damage.  It is ultimately your responsibility that your returned product arrives at our location within the allotted return time frame in the same condition it was sent.
