• 30 Days Warranty: Merchandises are 7 days right of return and 30 days warranty unless specified in description.
  • Merchandises are fully tested by Vietronix's technicians but limited to calibration and reconditioned. Calibration and reconditioned are subjected 90 days warranty, but sold separately.
  • Merchandises are warranted 30 days in working condition. The warranty is limited to repair, replacement of parts or products in the determination of Vietronix. Refund or credit will be given if we can not repair or replacement of products.
• 90 Days Warranty:  All reconditioned and calibrated merchandises are subjected 7 days right of return and 90 days warranted.
  • Merchandises those are reconditioned calibrated and certified by Vietronix. Recondition and calibration are purchased separately. Extended warranties may be purchased for the most reconditioned and calibrated products.  Purchases of reconditioned test equipment are warranted to be in good working order for the period covered.  This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts or equipment in the determination of Vietronix.
• Remove tamper tags will avoid your warranty.  All return products will not be accepted if the tamper tags are removed, broken or tampered.  We stand behind our products and if you feel necessary to remove our tags, please be sure to test the products first.
• All CD-ROM, Software and Manuals are subject sold as is. No refund by any mean.
  
• All shipping and handling cost are subjected non-refundable.

The equipments are cosmetically refurbished which may include painting and replacing any external components. The manuals and the complete list of accessories are included with some of the units. All vietronix equipments come with a 90 days warranty. The end result is equipments that look and function like new at a fraction of the cost.
