Up for Bids is Laa Laa from the Teletubbies.  This is a Toy PVC or Plastic Figure or Cake Topper.  Measures approx 2.75" tall.  Used but in Good Condition except for small tan spot on elbow.  Not sure if it will clean off, I only tried with baby wipe.
