Forms of Payment:
We only accept PayPal.

Tax:
All Utah residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process, regardless of pick-up or delivery specification.

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 3 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping

Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.    We try to be as accurate as possible when estimating the cost of shipping items; however we reserve the right to update the shipping costs should the website calculator provide inaccurate data.  

Our preferred shipping carriers:
We prefer to ship USPS Priority.

We require insurance on ALL items along w/ a signature confirmation of delivery.  There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping:
We do not currently ship internationally.

Local Pick-Up:
All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee.
Combined Shipping:
We can combine shipping.

Returns

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. Vine Street Antiques strives to accurately list and photograph every item so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was grossly misrepresented.   All items are sold on an As-is basis, please be aware of this.

Return Period:
If the item was misrepresented in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 business days of receiving the item.  After the 3 days have elapsed, there are no returns for any reason.   

Return Shipping Policy:
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.    Items returned must be returned using the same shipping /container boxes and packing.   Failure to adequately repackage the items will result in denial of refund, and the item being returned to you.  We take great care in packaging our items to you, and we expect the same.

Shipping Refund Policy:
No refunds will be made for shipping charges.
