We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any item in original condition. Holiday gifts may be returned through January 8thth. All products must be unused, in the original packaging and with the manufacturer's original warranty and manual. Round trip shipping & insurance fees are your responsibility.  You must call for a return authorization code before shipping back any product for a refund or exchange.
