5. Items listed with no DOA (Dead On Arrival) guarantee are ONLY guaranteed to power up; item has not been tested.

We ship all items via UPS / DHL ground.  The shipping costs listed to the left apply to the lower 48 states. Additional shipping costs will be applied for all orders shipping to  Hawaii and Alaska.  International and Canadian orders have to pass through customs and may incur additional fees that are out of our control.  Other freight services can be requested, with the buyer paying all shipping and handling fees. We combine shipping on items closing within seven days of one another, charging customer according to actual weight and size of combined weight in package. Some items may exceed maximum weight restrictions, and are therefore unable to be combined.
