TEXT PACKS

These text packs are perfect for use in collage, decoupage, assemblage, mixed media, handmade cards, ATC's, ACEO's, altered books, and other paper related arts and/or crafts.

There are pages printed in several foreign languages as well as different fonts, photographs, illustrations, and plain text included in each pack.

The books and manuals used for these collage packs include the following:

* an operator & unit maintenance manual for a Howitzer, 1991 ( army manual)

* a book printed in German, entitled : "Deutsche Meisternovellen", 1936

* "The Hebrew Primer", 1984 (Hebrew workbook that appears to have been written for children)

* "Complete Arithmetic", 1908

* "New School Algebra", 1898

* "Russian for Everybody", 1990 (Russian textbook)

* "Hungarian-English Dictionary", 1966

* "Technical Manual Operator's Manual Recovery Vehicle Full Tracked:Medium, M88A1 (an army manual for tanks)

* "Beautiful Gems", a book of poetry, songs, poems, prose, & etc. Based on the text, fonts & the book's overall condition, I'm guessing this book was published in the late 1800's. Someone did write the date Sept. 1897 on top of one of the pages....

* "Elementary Photography", 1948

* "Folkdrackter och bygdedrakter fran hela Sverige", 1975. Appears to be a book about Swedish (I think) folk dress, costumes and etc. Color photographs of clothing.

* "The American Educator Encyclopedia", 1957

* "The Standard International Library Atlas & Gazetteer of the World", vol. 1, 1956

* "Layout Planning & Techniques", 1950

* a book printed entirely in Russian, 1967

* "20th Century Bookkeeping & Accounting", 1927

* "Sjette Bok - Det Var En Gang"1962. I think this book is printed in Swedish, Dutch or perhaps, Norwegian.

* "Dr. Tatiana's Sex Advice To All Creation", 2002. A tactful, yet silly, book about animal and insect mating habits and rituals, written in the format of magazine sex advice columns.

* "Nursing - An Art & Science", 1942

* "Progress in Arithmetic 4", 1955

* an auto repair manual printed around the 1970's-1980's

* "Westmoreland". A novel that appears to have been printed in the early 1900's, perhaps early 1800's. Somewhat quaint language usage.

* "Preparing for Motherhood", 1957

* "The American College Dictionary", 1970

* "American Journey, the Quest for Liberty Since 1865. Printed in the 1990's, I believe.

* "Sportsmanlike Driving", 1965. A Driver's ed. type textbook.

* a woman's health book printed around the late 1800's/early 1900's. This book didn't have a cover or title page...

I do own a cat and although I am extremely cautious about keeping my cat and her hair away from my Ebay workspace, occasionally, a stray hair or 2 may find it's way into my packages.
