I offer a 100% refund on all purchases if you meet the following conditions.

1. contact me within 15 days after the close of auction.
2. I will send you a postage paid return label to use.
3. return the item to me within 30 days of the close of auction.
4. the item must be in the same condition it was in when mailed to you.
5. Music Instrument may be tried on but must not have been worn for longer that it takes to try them on.
6. I do not give partial refunds nor do I process refunds until I receive the item.
