International Shipping:
U.S. Shipping is free on most items.   International shipping is not free. Actual shipping cost of most items that I offer will be in the range of $30 to $40 for insured express mail, depending on weight, value, and destination country.    International shipping will be discounted by the amount that it would cost for U.S. shipping.  This is $7-$10 on most items and this is the amount that I will discount the international shipping.  Please contact me for shipping estimates on specific items.  The reason for using express mail is that it is the most reasonable cost method of shipping that has a tracking number.  Paypal requires a tracking number for seller protection.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. 

 I cannot be responsible for delays caused by the post office or customs inspectors.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT TERMS:
Buyer agrees to prepay within 3 days. U.S. shipping is included on most items. If you are not in the U.S. please contact me for correct shipping costs and I will usually answer within a few hours. International items valued higher than $50.00 can be shipped only by fully insured Express Mail International.  Due to security problems that have occured, I cannot ship an item over $50 paid with Paypal to an unconfirmed international address except for shipping by EMS.  I usually ship within a day or so of payment.

FEEDBACK POLICIES:
eBay has decided to tie the sellers fees and other items to the Detailed Seller Rating (DSR).  I would very much appreciate it if you would leave me  5 stars for the free shipping.  I do understand that on item description, people can disagree on what is excellent when rating a used item so this is not a problem for me.  Since eBay has decided that only positive feedback can be left for buyer, they have actually rendered it meaningless. However, I will still participate and leave feedback. There is more to being a good buyer than just making the payment. If there is a problem, I am not psychic and I will not know if you do not tell me. Many problems that occur have to do with not knowing how to work something. Just ask and I will help you if I can. On the matter of shipping cost, mot of may auction items have free shipping.  International buyers will receive a shipping discount equal to the free U.S. shipping. I charge as close as I can to actuall shipping charges by the post office. I have boxes and bubble wrap to pay for. If you do not like my shipping charges, do not buy from me, and do not complain to eBay that my free U.S. or discounted international shipping is too much. On the matter of communication, I answer almost all questions in less than 12 hours. The ad clearly states that I will NOT notify of shipment, but if you want to know the status, just ask. I will gladly answer. There is no reason to leave anything less than good ratings if you have read my policies. Anyway, if you want good feedback, then be a good customer all the way through the process. I will leave feedback after you do if everything goes properly. You will get out of me what you put in. If there is a problem and you contact me and explain things, we will work out. If you contact me yelling and screaming that I cheated you.... well.... that is not going to go as well.
