SHIPPING CHARGES, OUR CONTACT EMAIL INFO & OUR RETURN POLICY The COST of shipping and handling has risen every year. As a buyer you must realize that eBay sellers pay for many fees associated with selling an item. These include listing fees on ebay, fees that ebay charges upon the sale of an item and paypal fees charged for receiving payment from a buyer. Furthermore, the cost of shipping itself includes more than just the cost of postage: It includes my supplies (printer
paper, printer ink, labels, envelopes, boxes, etc.). It also includes
trips to the post office, gas etc. CONTACT US through ebay message system. We get a very high volume of emails, and may not get to yours in time. However if it is a question that you may have it is probably answered in these SELLER POLICY sections here. Please check for your answer in here first. If your item malfunctions
and a refund is to be issued, the amount of $3.00 will be deducted from
the refund per item to cover the handling charges. If you have any
issues with my refund policy, please do NOT bid on this or any other
items I have listed. I
am committed to the satisfaction of my customers and try to provide the
highest level of service and excellence. My items are both cleaned
and tested for functionality prior to shipment. If upon receipt, you
find that the item does not play properly, it is your responsibility
to contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product according to
delivery/tracking confirmation. Otherwise, my return policy expires
and I cannot accept the dvd/cd/game back. It is your responsibility to ship
back the movie within 3 days after receipt, providing me with the
tracking number at time of mailing. Return shipping costs are not
covered. Once I receive the dvd/cd/game, I will attempt to replace it.
Otherwise a refund will be issued immediately via PayPal minus the
handling charge referred to above. Refunds are only considered if the
movie does not play properly. The case and cover art are sold as-is
but please note that we do not send damaged cases or misrepresented items. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & FEEDBACK IF you are satisfied with the transaction, please leave POSITIVE feedback immediately. If you have any issues or concerns after receiving the item, please EMAIL US immediately. As mentioned above we get a lot of email and try our best to answer all questions. So, if we do not respond immediately, it is because of the volume that we get, and not because we are ignoring your communication. Allow between 4-7 days for us to process and resolve your concerns. It
is sad to note that some new ebayers just leave negative feedback or do
not give five stars because they did not agree with our policies but yet
bought the item regardless. This is done without even contacting us.

with your item, to please email us within 48 hours of receiving your
