General age wear noted with a few pencil markings inside the book and on the cover.  No rips or tears The front cover has loosened from the staple on the top left edge.  Aside from that, the binding is solid.

I sell mostly vintage/antique items from early through mid-century.  All are authentically old, unless I state otherwise.
