Return policy
All items purchased from us are refundable provided customers contact us within 7 working days of receipt (and prior to installation). After installation, items are non-refundable owing to hygiene reasons. Provided approval is given to return the item, customers will be responsible for immediately arranging this and paying all shipping charges. Customers must return the item undamaged, in an as-new condition, and with any handbook and/or accessories originally supplied. Please return the item in its original packaging. Returned items that are found to be damaged and/or incomplete will be subject to a deduction in the refund given. This policy will not affect your statutory rights. 

All items are also backed by a 12 month manufacturers warranty from the date of sale.
If there are claims under this warranty, then the process follows normal commercial practice. Any returns first need to be authorised by us. The cost of shipping back to our address is the responsibility of the customer. We will then pay the shipping costs back to the customer for the repaired - or if agreed - replacement item. This is except if an item is returned as faulty, and is subsequently found to be without fault, then all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. Your statutory rights are again not affected by this policy.
