General:  I try to be accurate and honest in my auction listings.  If you receive an item that isn't as described in the auction listing, please contact me to resolve the issue.  

Payments:  Payment can be made using PayPal, money order or cashier's check.  I do not accept personal checks.  Buyers outside of the US must pay using PayPal.  Payment is due within 7 days of the auction end. 

Shipping:  Shipping charges are based on the actual shipping cost plus a $1.00 handling fee for each shipment.  I combine shipping on multiple auction wins within a 7 day time frame - in this case, only one handling fee is charged.   I try to ship everything the day after I receive your cleared payment.  If the payment is made really late in the evening, it may be two days before I get your item(s) in the mail.  International shipments usually require a trip to the Post Office to purchase the postage, so may take longer than 2 days to get in the mail.  Shipping insurance for domestic shipping is optional and costs $1.65 for shipments valued up to $50.00.  Shipping insurance is not offered on international shipments.

Bidding on Multiple Auctions:  If you have won one of my auctions and are waiting for other auctions to end, please email me to let me know.  At the end of the last auction, please email me for a combined invoice.

Refunds: If an item has been misrepresented in the listing, I offer a full refund of the bid price.  Please contact me within 7 days to request a refund.
