Insurance is optional on all shipped items. Direct signature will be required on all high priced and insured items. Will not ship to a PO Box, street addresses only. Will only ship to verified and confirmed paypal domestic addresses. Items usually will ship within 24 to 48 hours following auction?s close; however, this time can vary depending on the item. We do not ship on Weekends. We ship all items via our choice of shipping service unless otherwise stated in the auction. SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: We will gladly combine on shipping. We give a 30% discount off of the shipping charge for each additional item. You must pay the highest amount first, then you receive the discount of the lesser shipping amounts. Some items may not qualify for a discount, such as very large items. Shipping charges are not negotiable, so please do not bother asking.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. I usually do not accept returns and items are "as is", but I do want my customers to be happy and will consider if you think item was misrepresented. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sent, otherwise they will be refused. All return items must be properly tracked and insured. Once returned items are inspected, a refund will be issued within 72 hours. If you receive a damaged item, and it was insured, please contact me immediately. I will assist you in filing a claim. Please ask all questions and concerns prior to bidding. This will help prevent any misunderstandings.
