Color video cover, small B&W photo from the movie and a First Day Cover signed by Jason [Herb] Evers  [1922-2005].  As Dr. Bill Cortner, Evers  struggels to save his wife to be, Jan in the Pan.  Matted to over all 11x14. The signed FDC is genuine, come with a COA.   Evers went on to greater fame in Star Treck and Planet of the Apes amoung others.  I am Dr. [pastor]  K.E. Gerhart, long time collector and UACC member.
