The CAMP Food Journal is a great companion piece to the CAMP System book, this 60-day Journal gives you all you need to record your daily intake of food. A special feature extends the Journal for a total of 120 days.  Below is a sample page from the Journal. 

  • You record your three main meals on the left side each day.  You'll be recording what you ate and your best estimate of how much of each food. 
  • The special "SCORE" boxes in the left corner of each section allow you to rate each meal or your snacks, which are recorded on the upper right side. 
  • Your total score of the day can be recorded on a chart at the back of the book.  Watch your progress over the weeks.
