Its a 120 page ring bound book with recipes for stocks and soups, picnic food and hors d'oeuvre, mixed foods and vinegared salads, sliced raw fish, vinegared rice dishes, rice, noodles, fried foods, foods cooked in seasoned liquids, one-pot cookery, broiled foods and steamed foods.
This is a used item with some cover wear but with clean unmarked pages.
