policies contained here supersede any printed information on our ads

are accepted, they are not. Shipping costs will not be adjusted after
payment. Our shipping is quoted as a flat rate, if you require
specific shipping to your zip code, request it by email before payment.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify your shipping address and
write ANY information effecting shipment or address correction on the
PAYMENT INVOICE sheet. We are not responsible for uninsured items,
shipping delays caused by carriers, or shipping to unverified
addresses. We do not ship until payment has cleared Paypal, or your
money order has been cashed. We email when we have shipped. Non-paying
bidders are reported to Ebay, risk negative feedback, and will be
banned from future auctions.
Insurance & Delivery Confirmation:
Insurance
and delivery confirmation are always recommended. Insurance for U.S.
shipment of $50. in value or less is $2.00, and $4.00 for up to $100.00
coverage. Tracking will add $1.00 to your total. Tracking and
insurance are separate items, if you wish to include tracking on your
order, email us before making payment. Please read your invoice
carefully, once items are paid, adjustments for shipping and tracking,
or combined shipment will not be made.

Problems: Positive feedback is provided to reliable buyers after
positive feedback is received. If you experience a problem with your
purchase, CONTACT US and please allow us the opportunity to resolve the
issue before you leave feedback. We always try to find a mutually
satisfactory resolution. We want you to be happy with our service.
Please wait until all possibilities for resolution have been explored
before leaving feedback. Persons leaving negative feedback BEFORE a
problem is resolved, will receive same, and will be banned from future
auctions if feedback is unjustified.
GUARANTEE: Only
personalized or gift wrapped items are non-returnable, as are items
which are described “as is” in a listing. Purchasing through PAPAL
also provides you with a guarantee. Traditionally, auction sales are
considered final, but if we have determined that an item has been
grossly misrepresented due to our error, we guarantee to refund your
purchase, plus all shipping costs. We do not refund for undamaged
refused shipments, buyer’s remorse, or because you’ve changed your
mind. If you elect to return an item for reasons other than damage in
shipping or gross misrepresentation, refunds are solely at our
discretion, and shipping/insurance/delivery confirmation charges will
be non-refundable. However, we always review return requests on a case
by case basis.
CLAIMS: Contact us within 7 days of auction
close to qualify for a refund if you think an item was grossly
misrepresented or your insured shipment is missing or damaged. Follow
refund directions. We always do our very best to describe items
accurately and fairly but mistakes can happen. We will do our very
best to remedy any problem and handle claims. Refund for loss or
damage is paid when we’re reimbursed by the shipper.
REFUNDS:
Returns must be arranged before shipment, returned in same condition as
sent, and within 7 days of auction close date. You may refuse items
which have been obviously damaged in shipment. Please notify us
immediately of insured damaged shipments. When received, we’ll process
the refund. We do not provide partial refunds, this includes items
combined for shipment and paid on a combined invoice. We do not refund
for buyer’s remorse. Elective refunds due to reasons other than
insured items damaged in transit or our gross misrepresentation, may
have our selling/listing/re-listing costs deducted from credits issued
and are dealt with on a case by case basis. A disputed claim of gross
misrepresentation must be accompanied by documentation from a certified
professional appraiser (in the case of antiques or collectibles), or a
certified gemologist (in the case of gems/jewelry.) We reserve the
right not to sell items we have for bid, if e-Bay is "down" when an
auction ends.
General Policies: Any exceptions to our posted
policies must be arranged with us in advance of bidding. Any
typographical errors or inaccurately posted information do not
supersede our written policies posted here. A purchase acknowledges
your agreement to abide by our policies.
