He is from the Original Beanie Babies Collection.
Super soft and plush. 

This is a Black Velvet Bear with a Gold Bow around the Neck on the Chest it says THE END.  This was the last Bear made from the original Beanie Baby line DOB-1999

Gosh, he is just so cuddly soft and I like all the details that Ty puts into its
beanies, very nicely made.
