The Green Beret Magazine - 5 Volume Reissue

The “Green Beret Magazine” was a monthly publication created by 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) that ran from 1966-1970.  Original copies of Green Beret Magazine now sell for $40.00 or more per issue, making it very costly to collect them all.

Fortunately, Steve Sherman (Special Forces Archivist and 5th Group Veteran) has faithfully reproduced all 52 issues of Green Beret Magazine into a 5 volume edition in soft cover.  Each volume measures 8" x 11" with glossy pages and full color covers.

Green Beret Magazine is an excellent reference for veterans, historians, and collectors of Vietnam militaria.  This reprint edition includes:

  • Alphabetized index of over 6,000 Special Forces personnel that appear in the magazines.
  • Chronological listing of Special Forces casualties in Southeast Asia
  • Convenient master index of all articles in the 52 issues
