The Gregg Reference manual Seventh Edition Sabin 1992

This is The Gregg Reference Manual, Seventh Edition by William A. Sabin.  I rated it as acceptable, because of some stains along the edge of the pages on the bottom (shown in pic) & the because cover shows moderate wear.  But the book inside is in very good shape.  I can't see any writing on the pages.

Info Specific to Books:

I do my best to describe each book accurately.  I go through each book, looking for flaws, but it is impossible to go through every book one page at a time.  I may miss a small tear or some writing on a page in the interior of the book.  So if you discover a flaw not mentioned in the listing, please contact me immediately.  Do not assume that I intentionally didn't mention it!

Books will usually ship via Media Mail, which can be slow, so if your order is time sensitive, you might want to upgrade to Priority at the additional cost shown below.  Smaller books that weigh less than 13 oz. will usually ship First Class.

 Insurance is no longer the responsibility of the Buyer- I am responsible for insuring items as I see fit, and am responsible if an uninsured item arrives to you broken or is lost in the mail!   *** I print all of my shipping labels through Paypal, so you can track your package by going to your item listing page and clicking on 'check shipment status.' ***Be aware that Delivery Confirmation is only guaranteed to provide proof of delivery and does not guarantee updated tracking along the way- sometimes your item will show up as 'label created' or 'in transit' right up until it's delivered.

Regarding Payment by E-Check:

Please read info below regarding bank account payments/e-checks through Paypal before bidding/buying. *** Be very careful when paying through Paypal, as I've had some people tell me they weren't aware they were using the e-check option when they paid!  ***Please be aware that if you pay through Paypal via e-check/bank account, your item will not ship until the e-check clears which is usually at least 3 days and sometimes up to a week. >>> This is because I print all of my shipping labels through Paypal and they do not allow me to print the label until it has cleared. Also, even though the money may appear to have been withdrawn from your account immediately, I don't get the money till the e-check clears the bank. *** So if your order is time sensitive, I recommend you opt to use Credit or Debit Card when you send a Paypal payment. 

Other Important Stuff!!

A Note about the condition/cleanliness of items sold:  In the past, I spent hours cleaning every item I sold, making each one immaculate.  The problem is, some of the items that I worked the longest and hardest on did not sell...so all of my work was for nothing.  Also, I realized that, depending on the item, most people probably clean a used item before re-using it, no matter how clean it looks.  So, I generally do a quick wipe-down and clean the bigger, obvious spots, but it will be up to you, the buyer to do a thorough cleaning when you receive your item.  Small appliances, such as coffee griders and makers, will most likely have coffee residue in the creases and cracks.  Other items, such as large lots of small pieces of something, may need more cleaning, as I won't go through and clean them piece by piece if there are more than a dozen pieces.  Please refer to the description for any added information on the particular item you are bidding on.

Packaging Info- I have 9 years of experience in selling on Ebay, so have alot of experience in packing items.  To keep shipping costs down, I use padded envelopes or Poly-mailer bags when I can.  IF YOUR ITEM REQUIRES SPECIAL PACKAGING PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.

Regarding Communication- Very Important- Many times I need to contact the buyer with a question prior to shipping their item.  It may be a problem with the item, or Paypal may inform me there is something that I need to verify with the buyer's address before I can print a shipping label.  I have had people take me three days to respond, in the meantime their package is sitting here and shipping has been delayed.  So if you purchase an item from me, please be sure to check your email once or twice within the next day!!!  I don't like having to delay shipping while waiting for a response from my buyer.

And Finally, if you have a problem with your item or with the transaction in general, please contact me prior to leaving Neutral or Negative feedback.  I always strive to provide great customer service and will do whatever I can to achieve buyer satisfaction!

**IMPORTANT** You will receive an Invoice from Ebay when your auction ends. Use this to pay for your item with Paypal as soon as possible. If I haven't received payment within 4 days post-auction, I will initiate the Unpaid Item Process. You will then have 4 more days until I cancel the transaction and you receive a Non-Paying Bidder Strike. **If you know ahead of time that you cannot pay by then, email me prior to bidding. You must receive the 'okay' from me in advance if you need more than 8 days post-auction in order to pay. You won't receive a whole bunch of emails from me- you know you bought the item & you know you need to pay for it. I shouldn't have to beg for payment from you.
