SPECIAL NOTE : This is Volume One of a planned 7 volume series - Of this exhaustive series by these most competent and prolific authors, full sets are very, very  rare!  These virtual textbooks to the Half-Doll have been released individually since the first volume (for sale here) was released in 1999. Volumes 2 & 3 have been completely sold out and are available from private individuals only and sell for princely sums...if they can be found at all!  Elsewhere on eBay and Amazon we are able to offer Volume Four in very limited qualtites. Volume Five was released in December 2006 and Volume Six in November 2008: Each are offered directly to prior buyers and are still available from the authors occassionally on eBay. (Set up a search and keep looking.  They will come on from time to time.)  Publication date for  the final Volume 7 have not yet been released but the book is in creation and research.
