Thank you for visiting one of my auctions. This auction features the following: 

The Heart of Narcissus and other poems by Birdie Dilger Schultz. HB/DJ, 1951, 63 pgs. Dustjacket has wear and small tears on edges.Inside blank pages in front and back have discoloration possibly from age. Book has a faint "old" smell. One bottom corner upturned. No handwritings or page tears.

Combined Shipping: Yes, I do offer combined (discounted) shipping for multiple purchases. Please keep in mind that media mail items must be shipped separately from Priority or First Class items, to receive media rates. Additionally, non-media items cannot be shipped with media, due to USPS regulations.

Payment: I accept Paypal, Money Orders and Checks. I would appreciate payment within 7-10 business days. I have made exceptions, and if this is a problem for you, please let me know and I will be glad to work with you. Also, let me know if you are interested in another item of mine. I offer combined shipping and don't want to send you an invoice without adjusting the shipping amount.

Shipping Information: Because of the price increase of gasoline, I have had to adjust my shipping timeframe. Orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is made. Check payments may need to clear before item is shipped. Shipping Confirmations are sent out at time I prepare your order for shipment. If you have any questions or requests pertaining to your order and use Paypal, please send a message to me using Ebay's message system or my email, rather than include the message in with your PP payment, so that I will receive it sooner.

Packaging: I package all items with care to protect your purchase. Books and media related items are bubble wrapped and either cardboard or boxes are used (or lovingly made by me :), double envelopes are sometimes used for even greater protection.  On more fragile products, I use bubble wrap, surround with packaging material, such as newspaper, and even double box if necessary.  Although it may appear excessive when you receive your package, I have found that buyers appreciate it more when a little added time is taken to make sure their items reach them safely and I will continue to package in this manner.

Returns: I stand behind all of my items and always offer satisfaction guaranteed or complete refund of bid price.  I have had very few returns, and hope to continue to describe items to the best of my abilities.

Feedback: Ebay has recently made some drastic changes in their feedback policy and it is so much easier to leave neutral or even negative feedback. Although there are some sellers who truly deserve to receive negative feedback,  I strive to provide exemplary customer service and will do everything I can to please customers who have placed their faith in me.  I earn my living through Ebay, and maintaining my good feedback rating is essential to me.   However, it is possible (due to my human-ness and perhaps an oversight on my part) that I may overlook something.
