C10 Mint- Investment quality. No perceptable flaws of any kind.
C9  Near Mint. Minor flaw on an otherwise unused poster.
C8  Excellent.  Investment qulity.  A few minor defects.
C7  Very good to excellent- Fine condition. Still a nicely preserved item.
C6  The typical poster in average condtion.
C5  Good to very good-  Above averge wear.
C4  Good- Below average but still suitable for display.
C3  Fair- Heavily worn.
C2  Poor to fair- An extremely worn, possibly incomplete item.
C1  The lowest grade, representing items in their lowest possible condition.

From my experience insurance and registration is a waste of time and money, however without it buyer assumes responsibility for loss and damage. On America orders buyers can insure their package for $1.70. On foreign orders buyers can register their package to assure delivery for $12. Buyer assumes responsiblility for loss or damage in orders are not registered or insured. No package that I have ever shipped to eBay buyers has ever been reported lost or damaged.
