It shows a bit of wear around the edges and the covers are fading slightly, with small bends in the lower right had corner on the front cover. It also shows where a sticker was taken off in the upper right hand corner of the front cover and has a "Dealer's Number and price" written in the upper right hand cover, otherwise is in very good condition.
