Condition:

Unless stated at the beginning of the auction description: (I do not sell copies or bootleg's.)

Brand New Items: Are sealed or in the original box

Like New: New Items that were opened and checked for damage or used and are in mint condition

Very Good: I no longer use this

Good: Items are in good working order. I use good because everyone has their own opinion on what is good and what is very good. I may think something is very good, but another individual may think it is just good.

Good: Please remember that the vhs tapes are not made anymore and the majority have been used. I do try to catch those that may have a flicker in them or perhaps a slight sound problem during the movie and those are removed from sale, but even brand new vhs tapes sometimes have a flicker or two in them or the sound may go up and down or something because it is a tape. This is why they are listed as good even though you may get a Like New or Brand New one.

Acceptable: I never use acceptable. I know many sellers use this word and I have purchased acceptable items on many occasions and never had a problem with them, but for me this word is not an option. If I find something is acceptable then I won't sell it. I will try to find someone that can use it or I throw it in the trash.

I hope this helps in understanding why I have rated items a certain way. Always check the beginning of the auction description because this will tell you if something is off with an item. For example: An insert for a dvd is not the same as pictured, the cover is worn or the item may have light scratches.

Shipping Terms:

During the Month of December: All items will be shipped as quickly as possible. In most cases they will ship the same day that payment is made to help with the holiday rush. All media items will be shipped First Class Mail to ensure a timely delivery except for those items that weight over 13 ounces which will come via medial mail, unless you pay for the Priority Mail shipping.

During the Month of December: Please note that I cannot guarantee packages. Once the item is shipped it is up to the post office to get it to you in time for the holiday. Canada packages can take up to 14 days to arrive, and over the holiday may take longer. Please also note that if we have any snow storms in the North your item may not make it to you as quickly. Once the item ships it is out of my hands, so please try buy in a timely manner, so you have the item in hand for the holiday season. Thank you.

USA Buyers: Items will be shipped by the 3rd day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and may not be received for up to 14 business days from the day that it was shipped. It may take up to 30 days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. I will still continue to ship as I always have which is asap, but I cannot control the post office or other shipping parties. You will be able to track your shipments as always through Ebay and should you have a problem please contact me and I will try to assist you in finding your package.

APO Buyers: Please refer to USA Buyers, but allow for up to 30 business days for your package to arrive depending where you are in the world! You know that deliveries sometimes take longer to get to you depending where you are located.

Canada Buyers: Items will be shipped by the 3^rd day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and may not be received for up to 30 business days from the day that it was shipped. This is due to your package going through our postal service, to customs and then through your postal service. Many times customs delays packages and this is out of my control. I will still continue to ship as I always have which is asap, but I cannot control the post office or other shipping parties.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Contact: If you need to contact me then please go to Ebay's contact seller and send me a message. I don't always have time to go through all of my emails and this will ensure a timely response. I will answer your email within 24 hours unless I'm otherwise engaged in something, but I do try to get on here at least twice a day to answer questions.

If you purchase in error please inform me and I will cancel the auction. Once it is shipped and received I will not issue a refund because all auctions are marked clearly and state what they are. Please make sure you read and understand the auction prior to paying for it.

Please note: I use Ebay's generic listing, so the date or insert of an item may be different than what is shown online. I do state the obvious at the beginning of the listing, but if you have any questions please contact me prior to purchasing. I try to list my auctions with as much information as possible. In some cases I do add information from the back cover to give you a better idea about what you are buying.

Payments and Combined Shipping:

USA and APO addresses have a combined shipping rate of $3.00 for the first vhs, cd, video game, dvd or dvd set and $1.95 for any additional vhs, cd, video game, dvd or dvd set, Books have a combined shipping rate of $3.95 for the first book and $1.95 for each additional book added to the initial invoice within five days of the first auction closing unless otherwise noted at the beginning of the auction description.  All items must be on the same invoice.

Canada addresses have a combined shipping rate of $3.00 for the first cd, video game or dvd and $1.95 for any additional vhs, cd, video game or dvd.

Canada addresses: DVD Sets, VHS tapes and Books have a shipping rate of $5.00 (unless otherwise stated at the beginning of the item description or under the shipping cost) I'm sorry, but due to the price of postage and the weight of these items I cannot offer a combined shipping rate on them.

USA, APO and Canada Addresses – If you buy a Free Shipping Media Item and a Media item that has a shipping price you will only be charged $1.95 for the additional media item unless it is a book or vhs going to Canada then it will be the $5.00 shipping charge due to the weight.

Sellers

I do not conduct third party transactions. If you want an item for one of your customers you must purchase it through the Ebay auction site and have the item shipped directly to your address not the buyers. I will not deal with or be held responsible for items going to your buyers. I also do not guarantee packages to arrive by a certain date.
