Offered is an old book The Laughing Peril by H.L. Gates, murder novel about John Farley, published 1933 by The Macauley Company, New York,

Book is 247 pages not counting some ad pages in the back for other books. Hardcover with dj, boards are faded blue and dj is torn

I would rate book as good, musty odor, cover is faded, paging through I see no tears or writing in book, other than the owners name. Dj may have had a price on it that has been cut off, not sure, there is no price now.
