Return policy (Note: If you refuse to pay for insurance these options may not apply to you):

If you buy a product from me and are unhappy with the item you have 14 days to return it.  I will except the item and refund your money minus a 25% restocking fee (35% if the item is brand new as the value of the item goes down when you open it).  Shipping will not be reimbursed.  Sorry.  A tracking number will be provided as well as my phone number so that you may contact me at any time with concerns you may have.  If you opt not to pay for insurance I will not accept returns except in extreme cases.  You will also not have access to my phone number.  You will receive a tracking number regardless, but I will take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during shipment.
