We dispatch our goods within 48 hours of confirmed payment to our account BUT WE AIM FOR ONE WORKING DAY. However please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery within Australia, however in most cases it is quicker than this.

In assessing the postage charges we have tried to be as accurate as possible.  Australia Post use a system of weight plus volume to arrive at a cubic weight, this means that a parcel weighing 5 kilos could be charged at a cubic weight of 10 kilos.   The postage rate quoted also includes an amount for administration and packing.  This represents the costs of our staff members wrapping, packing and distribution to the sorting office.  Therefore the prices above are over and above that charged by Australia Post.
