• All my cassettes are the Original Issued Recordings NOT inferior and poor audio quality duplicated copies so beware if a buyer is selling multiple copies of the same item at really cheap prices.

• I visually inspect all items when I first list them in my store and try to mention any noticeable defects. Before mailing any purchased items to buyers, I always visually check, sometimes clean, and test play them before shipping to make sure they play correctly and are in good condition. 

    If there is problem, then I will refund your money and state the defective reason.

• I carefully package all fragile items with the greatest care, using specifically designed bubble envelopes with sometimes extra cardboard fillers or bubble wrap to ensure that rare, sealed, and/or collectible items arrive in safe and good condition. I also take extra care and precaution when shipping any International purchase to foreign countries. I always try to keep my shipping and handling costs to a minimum but may charge more for International packages when extra shipping materials are used. 

• I offer a variety of mailing options for both Domestic and International buyers. I  mostly ship items Domestically using the cheaper First Class Mail through the post office, but faster Priority Mailing is also offered at a higher cost. I offer International buyers either First Class International or Priority International. It does cost more for certain mailing options, if you want your item to arrive quicker and perhaps safer to your location.

• I always use Delivery Confirmation with all mailed items with a tracking number on my shipping labels to insure an item can be tracked at any time and to show it has been delivered and arrived to its specified location in the United States. I also use Customs Declaration Forms on all International items so they can be tracked when going into foreign countries and reach their International destinations without lengthy delays.

• I offer optional Shipping Insurance on all items since it is only a small amount more.  Even though I take certain measures to protect your item(s) for mailing, I still advise the buyer to get postal insurance for a little extra more cost to be sure your purchased items arrive safe and sound whether you are in the United States or especially in an International country. 

Please be advised that sometimes postage costs to foreign countries is very high and may cost more than the item itself.  International postage varies and changes frequently and a few ounces difference of a packaged item may result in a difference of dollars.

• I try to package and quickly mail out all purchased items at least 2-3 times weekly or most times daily. I make every effort to ship your item within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Payments received or cleared on Fridays and weekends/holidays for items means that they will be shipped the following week. I like to get items out quickly to customers as a professional courtesy insuring that my Ebay store maintains a high rating as a good seller with high quality feedback.

• I offer discount shipping costs on multiple purchases from a buyer when I can mail them all out together in one package. You are only charged once for shipping and handling costs - no matter how many items that you may purchase.

I try to accommodate most reasonable customer requests and always try to respond to customer's emails and questions within 24 hours or most times quicker. Arrangements can be made for special situations - if you email me prior to buying the item.
