Leaving Negative feedback can be devastating  and hurt ones business we would rather try to work things out first.    And the five star rating system is also devastating on the ebay business.  

When  rating your seller and believe that 4 star is good-- it maybe good to the normal person but on ebay anything less that 5 star is not good and  really hurts everyones business.  We know you can rate us on our shipping and handling prices and may think  for a single book shipping seems high -- but if you checkout the price of one pound media rate at the usps you will be shocked to see how much it is.  We have our shipping prices very very clearly stated and if you believe that the price is to high  please think about the shipping supplies.  Ebay has suggested that we raise our prices to include some of the shipping costs.  We take the stance that shipping cost is the shipping cost and we want to keep offering you great deals on our items.
