It contains tables of data, plenty of prose, and 100 illustrative plates depicting the visible side of the Moon. The page 3-4 leaf is detached, but everything else is securely bound. There is a little cracking to the inside hinges. The original blue covers are scuffed and cornerworn, and a library sticker is at the bottom of the spine.
