Exchanges and Refunds:
All Auction sales are final. In the rare case the merchandise is defective it can be returned for replacement or merchandise credit, if however an error was made in our listing it is under our discretion whether refund or credit will be given . The buyer has 15 days to return a product. No RMA (return materials authorization) is required you must retain proof of mailing and insurance is recommended. All goods must be returned in original packing material and in original condition. Shipping & Paypal charges are not refunded. A 15% restocking fee applies on all returns of non-defective merchandise. All returns are inspected before a credit is issued. Merchandise credits are good for 150 days from date of issue. Email for return address instructions.
