Each of the projects included in The Needlework Boutique—from a knitted patchwork coat for the family dog to a smiling crocheted turtle for storing pajamas or diapers to a pair of macramed string sandals for the beach to a reversible needlepointed backgammon/checker board—is illustrated in both black and white and full-color so that each bright detail shows as clearly as possible.

This big book contains original designs that can be made quickly for every member of the family, dogs and cats included. None of these up-to-the-minute creations takes more than 24 hours to put together—in fact, most take less than half that time. Book Grading Guidelines

• New (N): Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unread copy in perfect condition.

• As New: An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dust cover is intact; pages are clean and are not marred by notes or folds of any kind. Suitable for presenting as a gift.

• Fine (F):  A book that approaches As New , but without the crispness.  There can be no visible defects, the book is clean and bright, and it's dust jacket is without rips or stains.

• Very Good (VG): A copy that has been read, but remains in excellent condition. Pages are intact and are not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.

• Good (G): A copy that has been read, but remains in clean condition. It may show some wear and perhaps small tears.  Defects will be noted.

• Poor (P): A readable copy. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact (the dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but the notes cannot obscure the text.  Often an out-of-print or hard-to-find book.

• Ex-Lib: A book that once belonged to a public or institutional library.  Usually these books show some markings on the spine, title and copyright pages, as well as the end pages.

Note:  Book and dust jacket are graded separately.  The first rating is for the book, the second is the dust jacket.  Example:  VG/G would describe a book that is in very good condition in a good dust jacket.  We try to grade as accurately as possible; however, please understand that grading used books is a very subjective process.

• Personal checks are accepted, but shipping may be delayed 5-7 business days until check clears.

• Displayed shipping and handling is domestic only. Save on shipping by combining winning bids from my other auctions.  Priority shipping is available on request-- Email for details.

• Cost to ship outside of the USA can be estimated if you contact me by e-mail.   Please note: Overseas shipping is always higher. Global Priority Mail will be used when available.

• Insurance coverage is optional but recommended. Seller is not responsible for USPS damage or loss.

• Payment for item and shipping is due within 10 days of auction close. Failure to pay within the 10 day limit may result in the item being relisted.

• Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of item. We will send you instructions for returning the item and refund your purchase price when we receive it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
