This book came from the same collector who had the other Little Golden Book that I sold Last week.It was protected in a homemade cover and that explains the vivid and clean covers.There is slight wear to the bottom right front and back corners.The wedding party figures are present and intact as are the clothes.However as you can see in the pictures the previous owner used scotch tape on the back of the wedding party to make sure they didn't fall out as they can if the book is opened often enough.The attachment areas are still there so the figures have not been removed and replaced.God love her,she thought she was doing the right thing.Of course with age the tape has browned considerably.A little of the brown has bled to the title page and to the invitation on the other side.The title page is also a little sticky.The rest of the inside is very clean.This book was never played with by children.There is a little warp to the book as well as seen in one of the pictures.The previous owner also signed the book in the appropriate area on the back of the cover and dated it 1954.
