This is a good, used copy of The Pocket Patch, volume 2 by Sara Massey.  It is filled with country mottif patterns and instructions for painting wonderful items for your home, gifts, or craft shows.  Full-sized pattern pullout in center of book.  Patterns include Briar Patch Betty, Quilt pocket tic tac toe, Sunflower Teapot key holder switch plate and jar lids, Springtime flowerpot note patd and pencil holder switch plate, and many more. Original price sticker on front of book: $16.99.  Book is intact and in good condition but with slight curving of cover edges.
