DVDs are Region 1 (US/Canada) and come with case and exterior (case) artwork.

Disc condition (A through F): B+

Explanation of Disc Condition Grades (grades also have +/-)

A - Discs with this rating are in the best condition. A+ is mint (no scratches or imperfections). I will only call a DVD mint if I personally bought it new, and I opened it, but did not play it. Discs below A+ may have very minor imperfections (a few faint scratches, scuffs, and or smudges). Discs in the "A" range should only experience problems on a rare occassion.

B - Disc with this rating will have some minor imperfections. Scratches, scuffs and/or smudges will be more frequent and/or deeper. Discs in the B range should still have no problems, but will have occassionally experience some. This is the most common condition of the used DVDs.

C - Discs with this rating will have worse imperfections. Discs will have multiple, deeper scratches, or other imperfections, and these imperfections may cause playback problems. A good comparison of how discs look like are DVDs from rental companies, such as Blockbuster or Netflix. This condition is acceptable to many. However, if you prefer your DVDs to be closer to mint condition, I do not recommend this level.

D - Discs will have major scratches or other imperfections, which will likely cause some playback problems.

F - Discs will have cracks or serious imperfections, which will definitely cause playback problems.

I will do my best to accurately describe the disc condition. But please understand that it is subjective, and also can be affected by the light conditions when inspecting the DVD. Buyers who are very meticulous about their discs should stick with a grade A. Most buyers will be fine with "B" grades.

Other Comments:

Shipping: the DVD in most cases will be shipped within one or two business days (I do not ship on the weekends or holidays). The DVD will be shipped in a bubble mailer (for protection), with Delivery Confirmation (which will be e-mailed to you for tracking the package).

Media Mail (cheapest option) - DVDs under 6 oz. will go USPS First Class, over 6 oz. will go Media Mail. Please note that most 2-DVD sets, box sets, and DVDs in combined shipping will be over 6oz, and will go Media Mail. Estimated transit time 2-14 days*.

Priority Mail (fastest option) - Estimated transit time 1-3 days*.

*Please note that the transit times are estimated, and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, I have no control over the package once I have dropped it off at the post office. Transit times may be longer in peak shipping times (such as Christmas), during the summer (when many Postal employees use their vacations), and/or due to the weather. Rural/smaller towns also seem to have longer transit times. Media Mail can unfortunately take a few weeks to arrive.

Combined shipping - take the highest s/h among the items, then add an additional $2 for EACH additional DVD.

Insurance (through Endicia Insurance) - $1.10 (for up to $100 declared value). Seller will not be responsible for lost items where insurance was not purchased. Highly recommended for items over $10.

Seller will also accomodate other USPS upgrades or other carriers (FedEX, UPS, etc). Should you wish to utilize a service not offered, please e-mail me, and I will quote a price.

International shipping & Local Pick-up - I only ship within the United States. Please do not e-mail me asking if I will ship to another country outside of the U.S., as I will not reply to the e-mail.

Shipping & handling costs include fees (eBay & PayPal), packaging, & other costs associated with the sale and shipment of the item, and are not negotiable. If you feel that the s/h is too high, please do not bid on the item.

I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the Post Office for uninsured packages. Insurance is available to you at a discounted rate. I highly recommend it. If you do not purchase it, and your item is lost in the mail, you will assume the risk if item is lost, and will not get a refund.

I only accept PayPal for payment. Unfortunately, I am no longer accepting any mailed payments.

In most cases, your item will be shipped within 1 business day from payment. Please do not get angry at me for a Post Office delay. The day that the package was mailed will be on the postage.

The combined shipping calculation is as follows: Take the highest Standard Flat-rate (Media Mail) or priority mail rate (not the first item purchased), then each additional title is $2 more. Example: Movie #1's media mail rate is $3.50. You purchase 3 more DVDs besides that. Your combined shipping charge for all four movies will be $9.50 ($3.50 + $2 + $2 + $2). As mentioned below, my shipping & handling includes fees, expenses, packaging, etc, not just the postage. This rate is NOT NEGOTIABLE. If you feel it is too expensive, don't bid. First class is not available for combined shipping.
I will only leave feedback after I receive it from the buyer. Please see my "About Me" Page for more information regarding this policy. I will not answer requests to leave feedback before I have received it.
I do not ship outside of the United States. I will not answer requests to ship outside of the United States.
Pickup for people who live locally is not available.

Before bidding

Buyers with little or no feedback are welcome to bid. However, please make sure that you understand eBay’s policies, along with the policies I list below.

Please place bid only if you are serious about buying the item, and can pay for the item in a timely manner and by the methods available.

Make sure that you read the item description and policies. If the policies or the condition of the item is not what you want, please do not bid.

Ask questions before bidding!

Payment

Payment must be made or arranged within 3 days of winning the auction. If you cannot pay for an item now, please do not purchase this item.

The only method of payment I will accept is PayPal.
If you select the eCheck option in PayPal, please note that your payment will not clear for 3-4 Business Days (which does not count weekends or holidays). I will not ship the item out until PayPal advises me that the payment has cleared.
Unfortunately, I am no longer accepting money orders or any other mailed payment. I've had too many problems with mailed payments recently.
If payment is not received or arranged in 3 days, you will receive a payment reminder e-mail. After 7 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with eBay, and seller reserves the right to re-list the item.

Shipping

Insurance is optional, but strongly recommend. If the package is lost or damaged in the mail, I will not be responsible for uninsured packages, and no refund will be issued by me. I highly recommend that you consider insurance for items over $10.
I use a third-party insurance company through my postage provider. This service will save you money over USPS insurance. However, there will be no insurance sticker on the package.
Estimated shipping times are: First Class: - 2-4 days Media Mail: - 2-14 days Priority Mail: 2-3 days. However, postal delays can occur, which I have no control over. Please be aware that I have seen media mail shipments take over 2 weeks to arrive, and have seen first class shipments to the West Coast take a week to arrive.
Delivery Confirmation is included at no cost to you on every package, and the number will be e-mailed to you.
In most cases, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. In many cases, if payment is received before 10am Eastern time, it will go out that day.
You will receive an e-mail from me after package has been shipped.
Please note the shipping & handling charge includes postage, mailing supply cost, and costs associated with the entire listing and shipping process. Shipping & handling is not negotiable. Please do not bid if you do not like the s/h charge.
Seller reserves the right to upgrade the shipping service and/or add insurance, at no extra charge to the buyer.
International shipping is not available. I will not reply to requests from outside of the United States as to whether I will ship to that country.
Local pickup is not available.
Should you wish to use another shipping method or USPS upgrade that is not listed, please let me know, and I'll work up a price for you.

Combined shipping

Available for items that are purchased within 3 days from the first item purchased.
You will be charged the highest shipping & handling, then pay only $2 for EACH additional item!
Should you be waiting for other auctions to finish, please do not pay until all of the auctions are done. If the auctions are a few days in the future, please send me a quick e-mail to let me know that you are waiting until certain auctions end to try to get the combined shipping discount.
Due to weight restrictions, First-class is NOT AVAILABLE for combined shipping. When paying, this option may come up in PayPal. Please do not select it. Any combined purchases will be shipped Media Mail (or Priority Mail).
PayPal should allow you to combine all of the items you won. If it does not work, or if you are paying by money order, please e-mail me, and I can create an invoice for you.
While rare, certain items are not subject to the combined shipping policy (example, my Wholesale DVD lots or some larger box sets may not allow combined shipping).

Condition of the item:

I will do my best to describe the condition of the items, which will be rated according to the key below the condition.
If you are someone who is only happy with a DVD that is in pristine condition, I do not recommend bidding on a Used DVD less than a grade of A. Discs with a grade of B should be acceptable for most.
I will never knowingly list an item that appears to be a fake, copy, bootleg, Asian import, DVD9, etc. Almost all of the DVDs I sell will be legitimate Region 1. The only exceptions with be legitimate All Region, Region Free, or Region 0 DVDs (for older films or lower budget films), and I will mention this in the listing. Any mainstream release will be Region 1.
Discs may have store logos, writing on the disc, or other imperfections (which should not affect the value) which might not be mentioned in the listing.
Cases may have store stickers, price tags, security tags, writing, dust/dirt/grime, and/or other imperfections, which might not be mentioned in the listing. Also, damage to the case, plastic, or the knob that holds the disc in place may not be mentioned (although I will do my best to mention it).
As some retailers and individuals replace the original case when damaged, please note that the case may not be the original case. I will try my best to let you know, if I can tell that it isn't original (ie. DVD comes in a Blockbuster case).
Unless item is from my personal collection, it most likely has not been tested for playability.
Since most items that I purchase are used from other people, the items may or may not have come from homes with smokers and/or pets, as well as other factors that people are allergic or averse to.
Information on the film is usually available at the bottom of the listing.
Occassionally, the pre-filled information and picture of the movie may be taken from a DVD with a different UPC code.
Many pictures will be stock photos, and in rare occurances, may differ from what the DVD looks like. Any pictures that are not the stock photo will be of the actual item.

Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, returns will be accepted within 7 days upon receipt of item(s) (per the delivery confirmation). After one week, returns will not be accepted. Please do not e-mail me a month later asking for a refund.

Kindly e-mail me first if you need to return the item. I will give you the address to return the DVD.

Upon receipt of the DVD, you will be refunded the bid price that you had paid. Please note that the shipping and handling charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will NOT be refunded.

Item must be received in a similar condition to which it was received, with all of the contents that were sent (ie. inserts). Excess wear & tear on the item after receipt will void the return policy.

Items that are New and Sealed will incur a $2 restocking fee if the item has been opened. Please note that this fee is only for New & Sealed items.

This return policy refers only to this item…other items listed as "As-Is" are not subject to this return policy.

Feedback:

Should you have any problems, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, so I can try to remedy the problem first.

I ask that you do not penalize me for a USPS delays & problems. If I ship the package out the next day, please don't blame me for a delay that was caused by the Post Office, not me. Similarly, I will not penalize you if your money order takes a week to arrive from when you mailed it.
Please note that will leave feedback only after I receive it from the buyer. Please see my "About Me" for a further explanation. If this is issue, please do not bid on this item. I will not respond to requests asking for feedback first.

Please e-mail me if you have any questions, problems, etc. I check my e-mail often, and will address your questions or concern as soon as possible. Please note that normally I will not check e-mails after 7PM ET, so your question/concern would be answered the next day. Also, I'm often away from the computer on Saturdays in the fall...so I may not be able to answer you question as quickly.
I strongly recommend using eBay's message system instead of e-mailing me directly. This will ensure that I receive your message, in case a spam filter blocks it directly.
You will receive automated e-mails after you win the auction, after your payment is received, and after the item is shipped. If you haven't received any of these e-mails, please let me know, and I will re-send it.
If you e-mail me, and do not get a response, PLEASE CHECK YOUR E-MAIL’S SPAM FOLDER. Due to the spam problem, many e-mail systems block items that are not spam. Unless I happen to be away for a few days, you will usually get a response within a few hours. If you do not, my e-mails have probably been blocked.
Should your item not arrive within 10 days after payment, please contact me. However, please check with other members of your household who have access your mailbox, to make sure that they haven't taken the item in. Should you have purchased insurance, we can start the insurance claim process. If you did not purchase insurance, I will e-mail you my postage log for your shipment (which shows proof of shipment), along with the delivery confirmation number. It will be up to you to follow-up on missing items if insurance was not purchased.
If there is a problem, please act like an adult when you e-mail me. I understand that it is frustrating when an unexpected problem arises, such as postal delays. But acting rude and condescending will not solve the problem. I am an extremely friendly, laid back person. However, I do not tolerate someone who acts like a child. I have had the pleasure to work with many great eBayers, and have only had a few "bad apples". When you read my feedback, you will see the many happy customers who have worked with me.
