Limit 10 items per invoice. All combined items must be paid for within 7 days of the first auction end time. Just use our easy checkout when you are ready to pay for all of your items. Different discounts apply to different items, use the shipping calculator included in each auction to check your shipping discount on the 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th… item purchased. We cannot combine orders if the items are paid for separately, please make sure you wait until all auctions have ended before you visit the checkout.

Ø       Acceptable Payment Methods:

Ø       We do NOT accept money orders, personal checks, cashier checks, etc. No exceptions.

Ø       All payments are required to have he same billing and shipping address. All orders are automatically shipped to your billing address.

Ø       All payments must be made within 7 days of auction end time through our secure online checkout. We cannot take payments by phone.

Ø       Because we only ship to the billing address of the cardholder, we cannot accept orders with an APO/FPO or PO Box billing address. All APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be cancelled.

Shipping

Ø       Shipping costs are posted directly in the auction ad or there is a shipping calculator in the ad to determine your shipping cost and options.

Ø       No International Shipping

Ø       We ship to the billing address of the cardholder only for security reasons, no exceptions.

Ø       All orders are shipped within 2-3  business days after payment. Our business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Ø       Packages are shipped via UPS and are generally delivered within 3-6 business days. Once your package has shipped, our system will automatically email you the tracking number of your package. Please monitor the status of your package and contact UPS with and delivery issues.

Ø       Hawaii & Alaska residents are not eligible for Ground Shipping.

Ø       We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO Box billing addresses. Orders paid with a APO/FPO/PO Box Address will be cancelled.

Ø       World’s Best Deals is currently only shipping within the 50 United States. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.

Ø       All of our items include a 15 day return policy unless otherwise indicated in the item description. Please contact our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for instructions on returning or exchanging your item.

Ø       A Return Request Form MUST be completed on our company website before any return or exchange will be accepted. Returned packages received without approval will not be accepted. Please email our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for the Return Request Form.

Ø       We currently do not allow for walk in returns or exchanges at our location.

Ø       Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
