Your bid is
a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the
item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally
biding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to
establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the
auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered
to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole
discretion. |

| Shipping

Most of our packages are mailed via
USPS Media Mail with tracking. All items are shipped from our location on Mondays thru Fridays, excluding holidays and weekends. Average US delivery time is 7 to 14 days from
the date of shipment, average International destination delivery times are 14 to 30 days from the date of shipment. Shipping via Priority Mail is available
upon request. An option may be made available at the time of checkout. If not, please email us for a shipping quote. Shipments will be
either UPS, FedX or USPS. Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service. Orders are generally shipped on the day
after full payment. |

Costs: |
Shipping via United States Postal Service Media Mail is $3.99 for the first item, $2.99 each additional item. Estimated delivery is 4 to 14 days. (U.S. Only)
Shipping via United States Postal Service Priority Mail is $6.25 for the first item and $2.99 each additional item. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 days. (U.S. Only)
International orders - Air Letter Shipping and Handling is as follows:
Canada - Shipping is $3.99 for the first item, $2.99 each additional item.
All Other Countries - Shipping is $6.99 for the first item, $3.99 each additional item.
NOTE: Three or more items with combined shipping will ship Economy Parcel Post. Shipping can take up to 6-weeks
Insurance of $0.55 is required. Combined purchases do not incur additional insurance charges.

| Payment
Details: |
Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction/purchase or your order may be cancelled and the item re-listed.
Personal checks and money order's must be in receipt within 10 days. Checks require 10 days to to clear before shipment.
There is no fee associated with making payments with any of these methods.

| Returns: |
In the
unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all
original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging
including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not
refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products
back. |
