The Science of Getting Rich is a success classic book written by Wallace D. Wattles in 1910. Wattles work is considered a philosophy of Mental Science or Mind Science which may have preceded the New Thought movement. Wattles published the work during a time of famous self-help founders such as Thomas Troward and Charles F. Haanel.
The book precedes Napoleon Hill and Think and Grow Rich. This book is a guide to individuals who are interested in uncovering the secrets of getting rich through strategies and case studies. Often compared to the Napoleon Hill book, 'Think and Grow Rich' Wattles describes a definite science to wealth attraction, built on the foundation of one commanding idea: 'There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made...A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought'.
Wattles shows how to use this idea, how to overcome barriers to its application, and how work with very direct methods that awaken it in your life. He further explains how creation and not competition is the hidden key to wealth attraction, and how your power to get rich uplifts everyone around you.
