Moon & Star Glass has been made by several companies starting with the Adams Company in the 1800's. The clear Adams Glassware was President Abraham Lincoln's favorite glassware & was known to be in the Whitehouse. Then L. G. Wright & L. E. Smith made Moon & Star glass through out the 1900's. Current pieces are being made by the Weishar Company.

In 1993 Weishar introduced the Moon & Star Collectable Line, (they are made from the original moulds, which have been slightly altered to include the Weishar signature. The signature is that of the late Joseph J. Weishar the creator of the Moon & Star glass you have come to love and cherish over the years.

2. No chips or cracks, although normal model lines & bubbles may appear.
