It has a highly detailed cast metal handle, guard and pommel with a silver-nickel finish. The detailed visage of Odin (the principal god of Norse Mythology) adorns the guard between the downswept, spiked blade traps. The non-sharp blade is double edged with a blood groove. Odin's sword weighs in at a hefty 7 pounds 8 ounces. Comes with a leather scabbard, but the collector will not want to hide this fine piece.
